How do I remove the logo at the top of the form?

How do I remove the logo at the top of the form?

Please open your form in the Designer:

Once the Designer loads, expand the Form Cover section, click on Remove to remove the logo, and Save the changes:

This will remove the form cover image, which is the logo.
