I believe you are referring to the animation of the expanding or collapsing Form Collapse field:

This is impacted by the theme that your form uses. If you removed the theme and used the default styling, the Form Collapse animation would appear like this:

The styles that make the theme you are using look so nice are making the transition less noticeable when expanding or collapsing the Form Collapse field, which is what I believe you are describing.

As it is being caused by the way the theme is made, you can either try using a different theme, or keep this theme with its effect of making the transitions less noticeable.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi,

If I understood you you correctly, your concern is to edit JavaScript code of the form-collapse. Unfortunately, you cannot change the animation of the form-collapse because you cannot edit JavaScript code of this feature.

However, if you get full Source Code of your form, you can make any changes on this source code. You can embed your form to your webpage with this source code, too. Please have a look at the guide about how to get full source code of your form: How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

On the other hand, if you want to change only style of your form-collapse, you can do it by injecting some custom CSS Code to your form. Please have a look at the following video about how to inject custom CSS and how to change style of your form-collapse:

If it is not the issue, please provide more details about your issue.

    Thank you.
