I can't get notification emails

    I have two email address and I do not get notified when my form is being used I do need to be notified by email as one of my committee members needs to post on the web site.

    I cloned your form with Form ID: 52555307615152 into my account. I made a test submission to it on my side. You had set two notification emails with different recipients. I also set two recipients for two different notification emails.

    However, I could not replicate the same issue, I received email notification for both email accounts. You can see the details of the test submission I have sent in the screenshot below.



    I checked your email history. You have been receiving emails and test submissions. 

    I sent a test submission to your form and since the payment was not completed, it was in the Incomplete Payments section of your submissions.


    I also checked your both e-mail addresses and they were not in the bounce list. You should be getting notification emails. 

    Please also check your spam folder and marked as not spam if there are any e-mails from JotForm in your spam folder.
