    How can I create a Roster form

    Asked by Thomas on May 14, 2012 at 05:33 PM

    Image the form I create is like an excel spreadhseet. When I create your forms I can only create forms in Column A and then in rows 1 thru ???. What I really need is to create a form where 1 person can insert 10 or more names. The first name would be in A1, then B1 and C1 might be a shirt size and other info for that person. Then A2 would be another persons name and then other info for them in B2 and C2 etc.....Is this possible? If so, how? I attached an EXAMPLE, not my work below:

    @Thomas

    Unfortunately, this is not possible to achieve with our forms.

    What you are looking for involves a programming task. The example you have provided us has been done on the ASP language.

    Jotform philosophy is to keeps simple and easy for our users.

    Best regards
