I am finally going "live" with my forms and I want to delete all my previous test submissions. But when I try, whether by bulk or an individual submission I receive the following error message.
Failed to set exception option
What does that mean? What should I do?

I have tried deleting some submissions from one of my test form in my account and was able to delete them without any issue. Could you try logging to a different browser or incognito window and then try deleting the submissions to see if that helps? If the issue still persists, please let us know the form ID and the submissions that you are trying to delete so that we can take look and provide you with necessary assistance.
