Cannot delete any form submissions

why can't I delete any form submissions to free up space, your system will not allow me to perform this action?

Are you trying to delete individual or multiple form entries?

We are currently having an issue with a "Delete All Submissions" option. It has been escalated to our developers.

The delete all submissions function should now be working once again.  Please let us know if it is still not working on your end and we will be happy to have another look.
