One of my team not receiving the form email

    I added 5 people to receive email notification for every report created, but one of these 5 not receiving email. Could you please help?

    None of the recipients in the form have been listed in our bounce list. The PDF Attachment feature is enabled in the email settings so kindly ask the person to check the spam folder. The email may have been filtered, ask him/her to mark the email as not spam if it's there. 

    If the issue persists, try to create a separate notifier for that recipient.
