We have an in-house work flow checklist that has several people with different responsibilities. One person does the first several items on the list and transfers it to the next who references the first person's information and then checks off subsequent items on the list. Once the second section is complete, it gets transferred to the next person to complete their section and finally to a 4th to complete the entire process. To complicate things, the first person and 4th people would ideally work from a PC and 2nd and 3rd would work from a smart phone or tablet. Being able to take pictures and attach documents would be a "nice to have" but not a "got to have" feature as well. Let me know if your form has this capability.
