Why aren't my forms coming through?

    People are filling out our forma but we are not being notified and the forms are not being forwarded to us.

    It looks like you already fixed the issue. I was able to send your form a test submission. Here's a screenshot:

    Please check your spam or junk folder and if you see a JotForm mail in there mark it as not spam.
