The capacity of my monthly memory is almost over so I decided to delete the submissions of a survey that I have with the data already downloaded. Now that I have this document in Excel and I try to watch a picture that I asked in the survey, I can not do it. It appears that there are no results or that the page I was looking for could not be found. PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELP to recuperate this images as soon as possible.

    Thank you.

Sorry but once you delete a submission, the associated file uploads with it will also be deleted. That's the reason why you're getting a 404 error whenever you try to view the file.

We mentioned this on our guide here: How-to-Delete-Form-Submission-Data

    An excerpt from that guide:

When deleting submissions individually, you will see this warning message (see screenshot below). Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.

You also saw that same popup notice above when you deleted the submission and I'm afraid there's no way to retrieve the data that was already deleted.
