Getting an error "Jotform is currently unavailable" when loading the form.

I have created a Jotform with 20 collapsible sections. Currently I do not have any conditions set up (I avoided conditions as the last form I tried to set up using multiple conditions also wouldn't load/crashed). Before adding the multiple collapsible sections the form loaded fine. Now I can barely load it in editing mode, and it won't load a preview at all! Do I have too many fields? Can Jotform just not handle a large number of fields? Each collapsible section has 12 fields in it. Not really what I would consider a large number of fields...but maybe I'm wrong.

EDIT: This is the error I get if it does manage to load anything at all on the preview tab.

    #5xx

    JotForm is currently unavailable

Please try again at a later time.

The most likely causes: The server is down for maintenance There may be a network problem The site may be experiencing excessive load

    I am using Google Chrome.

I have cleared my browser cache.

I have cleared my forms cache.

EDIT: I have also tried disabling AutoFill but it won't save after making that change. Every time I reopen, AutoFill is enabled again.

EDIT 2: I have managed to disable AutoFill. Form still won't preview. Still getting error #5xx.

    Thanks in advance!

I understand that you keep getting error #5xxx, and have tried clearing the browser cache but the issue still remains. You do not need to upgrade your account. I have reported this issue to our backend team for further investigation. We will let you know on this thread once the issue has been resolved. Thank you.

Hi Chriistian - thank you for checking the form, but it is still not loading for me at all. Definitely no different to last week. In your expert opinion, is the form too large for Jotform to handle? Because there does not seem to be any other explanation?

I am still getting the #5xx error when I try to either load or preview my form. It is definitely not usable. Can this be fixed?

Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your form and I was also getting an error. The form should be able to display even with 20 collapsible sections. However, if you have a lot of widgets within the form, them it may affect the form's loading time.

This thread is still raised to our backend team for investigation. I have contacted them to see if they have updates on this issue. If we hear any news from them, you will be the first to know.
    Thank you.

Thanks very much Chriistian - I don't think I have used that many widgets other than the dynamic dropdown lists in the collapsible sections. Maybe that is the problem - there is a lot of data in those. It would be awesome if we could get it to work - the form did exactly what we wanted it to do before I duplicated the collapsible sections.

I have cloned and inspected your form and you have more than 200 widgets. 200 of them are Dynamic Dropdowns that have lot of options. On my end they are even not loading correctly inside of Form Builder.

Because you have so many widgets your form can not load properly. I would suggest you to reduce number of widgets inside of your form.

Instead of one large form you can create several smaller forms and you can redirect your users from one form to another.
