How can I allow to fill the form by specific users?

Hi, I made a form and I whant only 6 persone to be able to access and feel the form. It mean that they must autenticate before enter the form.

Is that possible ?

You may consider using their email address or phone number to validate the user and display the rest of the fields on the form. You can setup a condition to validate the email/phone number of the user as provided in the guide below:
