My form won't load preview - can't handle multiple collapsible sections.

    Reposting as my last question seems to have been ignored/overlooked.

    I have created a Jotform with 20 collapsible sections. Currently I do not have any conditions set up (I avoided conditions as the last form I tried to set up using multiple conditions also wouldn't load/crashed). Before adding the multiple collapsible sections the form loaded fine. Now I can barely load it in editing mode (see screenshot) and it won't load a preview at all! Do I have too many fields? What is the maximum number of fields Jotform can reasonably handle? Each collapsible section has 12 fields in it. It doesn't seem excessive to me, but I could be wrong...

     This is the error I get (if it does manage to load anything at all) on the preview tab.

    "#5xx 

    JotForm is currently unavailable

    Please try again at a later time.

    The most likely causes: The server is down for maintenance There may be a network problem The site may be experiencing excessive load"

     I have also gotten the following error on an attempted 'preview in new tab' load:

    "502 Bad Gateway nginx/1.10.1"

     

    I am using Google Chrome (have also tried FireFox with no success).

    I have cleared my browser cache.

    I have cleared my forms cache.

    I have disabled AutoFill/AutoSave. Form still won't preview. Still getting error #5xx.

    It is not a server issue. It is not my internet connection.

     

    I spent a lot of time creating this form for work and am very disappointed with the limited functionality after so much pomp and promise from Jotform.

    Please let me know if there are any other solutions to try.
