    Dear Team,

First of all, I would like to thank you for having such a wonderful website helping people like me to build up an electronic form without any coding knowledge.

I am currently trying to create an invitation template for our guests asking them to fill in their details (ie. personal info, flight/train details, hotel info etc.) for our Annual Meeting in Jan 2017. I am wondering if each of the guests being invited can sign up for an account by themselves for their first entry and they can log in anytime/anywhere to fill in the info we required.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your kind words Calvin. Unfortunately the collection of passwords is strictly prohibited in jotform. This is a violation of our terms, and as such and we do not allow the creation of logins forms. Doing so would lead to the suspension of your jotform account. Please allow me to inform you that Jotform is for collecting data only. You will need to use a Membership Management Service if you want your users to be able to sign up and login.

If you have a members only website, then you can instead choose to embed your form in the members page of your website. That way, only members who are logged in will be able to fill in your form. You can still use Jotform to collect the user's information and other details, hotel info, etc.

If you do not have a membership site, you can setup one with the help of one of these Membership Management services: Sub Hub http://www.subhub.com/, Wild Apricot http://www.wildapricot.com/, Member Gate http://www.membergate.com/

Please let us know if you need further assistance.
    Regards.
