Hi,
I have calc fields to count registrants in my form. Male Students, Female Students, All Students, and All Attendees.
Tonight a registrant manually overrode the counters and just entered numbers. It never occurred to me that anyone would do this. I need to prevent this in the future. Right now, I think my only option is to hide the fields on the form but transmit them to the database. Are there other ways to accomplish this?
Thanks!
Jim

Jim,
You can make the calculation field a Read-Only field so that it is locked and cannot be manually filled in.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
