I used Chinese as the language for the form and when I exported the data, the field and details became unreadable, is there any way to fix it?Page URL:

When I checked your form submission, there is only one submission currently. I downloaded that submission as PDF, Excel and CSV file. There is no issue on PDF and Excel but I was able to replicate the same issue when I downloaded submission as CSV. Here is the my result.
I also cloned your form to my side and I was again able to reproduce the same issue happened in your account. The only error is for CSV file.
I'm escalating this issue to our developers for further investigations. Once, they fix it, you will be notified via this thread. However, Could you please confirm if you have this issue only for CSV or PDF &excel, too. This will be good for our developer to know.
