    Not receiving emails

    The test emails you sent to info@insightoptical.com did go through. They should not be going anywhere else such as eyeguy2c@aol.com which was in the Bounce list. 

    The problem is when emails are sent from the Contact page at insightoptical.com which is my domain.

    Can you look into the settings again please.

    Please do not create multiple threads regarding same issue, because this is causing confusion. 

    If you have followup question, please post your reply on thread where we already replied to you. 

    You have two accounts:



    You are currently logged to your account insightoptical and you are editing your form http://www.jotform.us/form/63265818274160 

    However form https://www.jotform.com/form/12374459534, that is embedded on webpage you provided is created on account insighoptical.

    You need to login to your account insighoptical and edit your email Notification. Recipient email addresses of that form are insightopticalsd@gmail.com and EyeGuy2C@aol.com
