My client stopped receiving emails

    Hello,

     

    I think you really need to work on your bounce liste behaviour,

     

    now once again one my client stopped receiving emails because the email 


    guestvoice@ishin-jp.net

     

    was added to your bounce list without any warning from the tool

     

    Please give me a solution in order to be inform when an email which is set as recipient for my forms are going to the bounce list.

    Hello,

    Our users cannot see the reason of the e-mail which is added to the bounce list. I think you've removed the e-mail address which you mentioned from the bounce list. Because from now on guestvoice@ishin-jp.net doesn't appear to be in bounce list.
