    this is my error:

     

    Form over quota
    This form has passed it's allocated quota 
    and cannot be used at the moment. 

    Try contacting the owner of this form.

    I have checked your account and your plan is "Free". You don't have any form. However, you are sub-user of "diplomados". I have checked this account, too. The user that named "diplomados" is over limited for now and user's forms are disabled. Because you can not see these forms.
