I have been looking if there is a way to validate a minimum value of a number. (or a range)
I know its possible to have a validation on the number of characters, but I was wondering if its possible to validate the number that is entered. (for example if you have a numberbox which allows 3 digits its possible to just fill in one digit)

Unfortunately there is no option to set the minimum value within the JotForm builder itself however as an alternative solution you can download the full source code and then add the line min="12" in the number field's codes, a sample below is displayed.
<input type="text" class="form-textbox validate[required, Numeric]" id="input_5" size="20" min="12" />
To get full form source code, open your form on the Form Builder:
1. Open "Setup & Embed" tab on toolbar,
2. Click on "Embed Form"
3. Click on "Source"
4. Copy the full source code displayed
Let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks a lot!
But now the question remails how I can re-upload the updated code into my form ?
(for distribution I use a mail link directly to the form.. and dont embed it on a website)

Unfortunately, it's not possible to edit the actual code of the form. A copy has to obtained from the Embed Form Wizard (as described by my colleague) and embedded into a webpage of your own. The link to that page can then be shared accordingly.
If you would like assistance with choosing a web host in which the form can be embedded, we'd be glad to help.
