    Can you please provide us with the username of the account that you want to downgrade? I checked your email address super******rath@hotmail.com but there is no account associated with that email address. Please let us know the account that you want to downgrade back to free. If you also want your account to be deleted, please let us know.

    Apologies for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, we will not be able to verify the subscription if we do not have the account username. Like my colleague, Nik_C, have mentioned, we do not see any account associated with the email address you've used in this thread.

    Can you help us by giving us more details, please? May we know where are you seeing the charges? 

    Can you try to ask your bank for any subscription ID, email address, or anything that might be associated with the subscription?

    If you have any link to any of your forms in your account that would also help us locate the account.
