Is it possible to shuffle all fields in my form with every reload?

Dear support,

I have 12 forms that I created from a template. I would like to create a form that allows participants to choose one of 12 forms randomly. I have thought to introduce 12 images with a link to each form but I can not find the way to randomize the images.

Do you know any recommendations? With images or other mode.

We have Shuffle widget that will randomize fields in your form: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/shuffle that will do exactly what you need, it will shuffle all fields in your form, and you can exclude the fields that you don't want to be shuffled.
