    Notification Email contains only HTML codes.

    Asked by nele on November 25, 2016 at 05:24 AM

    Last year I created the order form "Bestelformulier", and it worked fine.

    This year I updated it with the correct data, but when I receive the order in my email, I get the HTML code instead of a clean layout...

    Example:

    Bestelling *             <table border="0" cellpadding="5" cellspacing="0" width="100%"
    style="border-collapse: collapse;white-space:normal;"><tbody style="text-align:
    center;"><tr><th style="font-weight:bold;text-align:center;border:1px solid
    #ccc;padding:4px;background-color:
    #eee;color:#444;font-size:inherit;font-family:inherit;overflow:hidden;"></th><th
    style="font-weight:bold;text-align:center;border:1px solid
    #ccc;padding:4px;background-color:
    #eee;color:#444;font-size:inherit;font-family:inherit;overflow:hidden;"></th><th
    style="font-weight:bold;text-align:center;border:1px solid
    #ccc;padding:4px;background-color:
    #eee;color:#444;font-size:inherit;font-family:inherit;overflow:hidden;"></th></tr>
    < tr><td style="color:#555;border:1px solid
    #CCC;padding:4px;background:#fff;vertical-align:middle;overflow:hidden;">Trio
    van warme mini-hapjes</td><td style="color:#555;border:1px solid
    #CCC;padding:4px;background:#fff;vertical-align:middle;overflow:hidden;">Aantal
    personen</td><td style="color:#555;border:1px solid
    #CCC;padding:4px;background:#fff;vertical-align:middle;overflow:hidden;">2</td></tr></tbody></table>

    Can you tell me what went wrong? And how it can be fixed?

    Thanks in advance!

    Best regards,

    Hi Nele,

    I have checked your form. I cloned it to my side and replicated the same issue. I sent a test submission and I received a Notification Email which contains only HTML codes of Configurable Widget List.

    After that, I removed and recreated my notification email. I didn't replicated your issue again.

    My recommendation is to remove your Email Notification and recreate it. Please try this and do get back to us if your issue persists.

    You can also forward your existing submissions to your email address again. Please have a look at the following guide:

    #1- Open your Submissions Page and click "Forward" button at the left-top of the page.

    #2- Enter your email address in "To" section of the coming page.

    If you need any further assistance, please feel free to let us know.

    Thank you.
