Notification Email contains only HTML codes.

    Last year I created the order form "Bestelformulier", and it worked fine.

    This year I updated it with the correct data, but when I receive the order in my email, I get the HTML code instead of a clean layout...

    Example:

    Can you tell me what went wrong? And how it can be fixed?

    Hi Nele,

    I have checked your form. I cloned it to my side and replicated the same issue. I sent a test submission and I received a Notification Email which contains only HTML codes of Configurable Widget List.

    After that, I removed and recreated my notification email. I didn't replicated your issue again.

    My recommendation is to remove your Email Notification and recreate it. Please try this and do get back to us if your issue persists.

    You can also forward your existing submissions to your email address again. Please have a look at the following guide:

    #1- Open your Submissions Page and click "Forward" button at the left-top of the page.

    #2- Enter your email address in "To" section of the coming page.
