When the form has been filled out and i receive the email, i need to be able to see the answers in a clear format, at the moment all fields are squashed together over a few pages and not that clear, can the form be displayed as it was sent at all?

I have checked your account and your form. You can configure the email content as the following screenshot:
Also, you can re-arrange the source codes of the notification email as the following screenshot:
However, the email content already arranged as table and clear enough. The email should have come to your email address as the following format:
You should have received the email as clear enough as the screen above. If not, your email account does not support a good interface. I recommend you to use a Gmail address as a recipient email.

In addition to my colleague words, You can also enable PDF attachment to receive submissions in PDF format,too.
