problemas com usuário

    Boa tarde,


    Solicitei acesso os dois usuários abaixo e até o momento ele não receberam o e-mail do jotform.

    Hello Fernando, I'm seeing you've added these 2 emails as Subusers for your account. Sadly, I'm not able to check their mail logs since they don't have an account yet.

    I did check if their emails are in the Bounce List and confirmed they are not. This means, they should have gotten the email when you added them as Subusers.

    Please advise them to check their entire mailbox, not just their Inbox, and include their Spam, Trash and Junk folders. If they still don't see the emails, advise them to create their own JotForm accounts using their respective emails:

    And as soon as they login, they should be able to see the forms you have shared with them.
