do you have a widget or app already where a visitor to my form can select their state from a dropdown which will then populate multiple cities for them to choose (within that state) where they live and then once they select a specific city then that will determine what content displays for them......

You can try to use this widget for your form.
Then, you can create a condition using the "Show/Hide Fields" conditional logic in your form to show other fields in your form base on the city selected in the widget above.
I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance regarding this, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

I tested the widget and i noticed there are areas where the citys within states are not accurate...I tested nevada...............how would this get corrected if we notice errors or how would we change or update the cities we want to show or not show if needed

Thank you for contacting us.
Can you explain us about where the cities are not matched with a country?
We will be waiting for your response.
