We had a black friday special and a person tried to buy it but I see it says I have had 13 submissions for payments this month? Is there a way I can review that report? i dont think we sold anything (maybe one thing) this month.
Its strange that when i first signed up with Jotform - it said (and I still have the paper) "FREE and ALWAYS FREE" But seems suddenly its pay for this and that.
I certainly dont know of 13 payments - I tried to find how I can run a report on payments alone and dont see how.
thank you for addressing this quickly - we are hoping for some more sales tomorrow we sent to 27 people.

I have checked your account and your payment submission, forms and submission storage was overflowed.
When I checked your submissions and realized that this form has 13 payment submission at this month. As you can see below:
If you want to get more submissions, you must upgrade your account other paid plans.
