I downgraded my account to free and you still charged me?

    I downgraded my account last month to the paid version to the free version yet, you billed me again. I would like this past month's charge refunded.

    Your subscription is through Paypal. Paypal cancellation is manual. We have received your request on October 31st, but I think our billing department fail to process it for you. 

    Your subscription is already canceled as far as our record is concerned. I have requested the refund for your last payment to our billing department. The refund will be processed within 1 to 2 weeks from now. You should receive a notification once the payment is refunded.

    It seems like you've filed a dispute. Anyways, this will be resolved and nothing to worry about it. Your last payment will surely get refunded.
