Já tentei tudo que vocês falaram no tutorial e nada resolveu. Por último agora resolvi alterar o email no meu perfil da conta, na esperança de que finalmente eu consiga resolver esse problema. Aguardo uma solução.

The form submission email is being sent to the email address in the Recipient E-mail field of the form.
You can also review the sent email logs in your account.
User guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
I checked your emails but I did not find any issue with them. The email logs shows they were being sent successfully.
Let us know if issue persist.
