    Hi,

I've a form which was working well but there were lots of submissions and I've reached the limits of my account.

Now, I can't see the files which had been downloaded. How can I see them?

I perfectly understand the you disable my form, which is totally normal, but I can't understand why you keep MY uploaded files whereas the submissions were under the limit when they had been done.

    Regards.

    Simon

I have checked and your account is overlimit because you received 214 submissions this month and limit for free users is 100 submissions. Please note that when you reached any of the account limits, all of your forms will temporarily be disabled. That also means that the file uploads on your submissions will also not be accessible.

To access your uploaded files you will need to upgrade your account or you have to wait until your submissions counter resets to zero, which will be on first day of the following month.

More about different account types and allowed limits you can find on your pricing page

I would also suggest you to use one of our 3rd party file sharing and storage services that we have integrations with (ex. Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.com).

    File Sharing & Storage Apps

This way when your form is submitted your uploaded files will be stored there as well and you will be able to access them if your account gets overlimit again.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
