Encryption key problems

I set up an encrypted form but when i followed the instructions for the key to save the key but when I go back to the file, all I get is a link back to my main jotform account page.  I was never given the key and the download option did not work at all.  I even tried to set up another key for another form and the same problem occurred.  I have now spent a couple of hours on something that should have only taken a second to complete.  How do we find our keys when these problems happen?  Trying very hard not to go to another service.

What browser are you using? Please check if there isn't any add-ons or installed plugins that may be blocking the download. Also, try using another browser, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox. Let us know if you need more help.
