Need to downgrade. Tried before billing. Keeps saying "error".

    Hi Scott, I see that you are attempting to downgrade but, it looks like you already cancelled your subscription and our system is currently allowing your paid bronze plan to run it's course so that you will then be downgraded around 12/25/2016 which is later on next month.
