    Hi,

My site, www.AreYouInMusic.com is not officially published yet, however, when running a test, the Submit / Form and email does work at JotForm when testing email, but when I test from my wordpress site, the form doesn't work, so Im trying to figure out why. Thanks for any suggestions.

    Thank you

May I know what will happen if you submit the embedded form in your Wordpress website? Are you getting an error message? Is the submit button stuck on the "Please wait..." message?

Please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

The email recipient in your email notification is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you are not getting the email alerts when someone completed your form.

I have removed it from the bounce list now. I checked your form notification and I can see that it is configured correctly.

    Please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/364-Why-I-am-not-Receiving-Email-Notifications.
