Hey there i have a pop modal where when a users clicks it opens up to what is suppose to be a jotform. The issue is if I use script way to embed, it fails to load when modal loads. If i put in the source code, then the java before hand spaces down the modal leaving a lot of whitespace before the title of the form and top of modal. So do u suggest Iframes (not sure how well that will work with mobile) or is there another way to get the javascript to load when the modal gets clicked?

If you are embedding your form in a webpage, please share the URL of the page where it is embedded. On regards of the pop up modal, are you trying to display your form as a popup? If that is correct, please use the popup embedding method:

Good Afternoon,
Yes I want people to press a button on my site, and when they do a Modal pops up with the form loaded on their. I know your method works with pop-up but i didnt want to send people to another link. Now to explain why I dont want that it is because the form opens up on a new window and then if the client or user fills out the form they go to a thank you page, but my Google Analytics Stats will pick up every form as referral instead of the intended channels such as Organic,Social, Paid. So is there a way to prevent that tracking to break into referral only when opening into that new URL?

You could add Google Analytics widget directly in your form: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/google_analytics

And with doing so it will track correctly or will cross domain tracking need to be setup or anything along those lines?

I don't have much of experience with cross domain tracking. As far as I know the Google Analytics widget should also allow for cross domain tracking, since it uses the Universal Analytics tracking code. Here is a guide that may help you setup the cross domain tracking: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/1034342?hl=en
