Verify email link

    Hi Guy's,

     

    Just signed up for an account however when I click on verify account I get a Not Valid Link.

     

    Let me know when I can retry.

    Your email is not in the bounce list. I checked the mail logs and I saw that the verification email was sent successfully to your inbox.

    If it is not in the inbox, please check the spam folder or junk mail. If it is in the spam folder, please mark it as "Not Spam".

    Hi Guy’s,

    I received the verification email ok, its when I click verify from my inbox that is where I am getting the error

    I have the same issue. Whenever I click on the link it says not a valid email

    Your email is now verified. Although I'm a bit concerned now to why this is happening. Can you share with us a link to the verification email that is provided on your email address so we can see what's going on?

    Hello again, rvincent.

    I found your response through my inbox, although it did not post here.

    I am trying to publish my survey but it says that "Jotfom refused to connect". Any tip on how to solve that>

    Anyhow, this may be a minor glitch on connecting or loading your form via the browser. Can you try logging out and logging back in and then publishing it again?

    My email verification is also not working and I am concerned that is the reason I cannot successfully publish the form I created. Also, I cannot login to my account. It says auto-suspended. Please assist.
