How can I receive email notifications of submitted forms?

    As far as I can tell, I have done everything I need to do to receive email notifications of my forms that have been completed and submitted.  But neither sending a test email nor submitting a form from my URL results in a notification.  As far as I can tell, my email address is not on the bounce list.  Notifications do not end up in either SPAM or trash folders of my email account.  What can I do to receive email notifications?

    I checked your form: https://www.jotform.com/form/80430908535, and the email address was in the bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
