Usage over limit

    I've trashed and purged but limit still saying over quota. Can you help me?

    I have check your account and it is overlimit because you have exceeded your Upload File Storage limit which is 100 MB for free accounts. Your current file upload size is 201.74 MB. I saw that you have deleted and purged some of your forms, however you still have two forms inside of Trash folder.

    I have checked and both forms have uploaded files. First form has 187 uploads and second form has 37 uploads. You need to delete those submissions as well, only then upload storage space of your account will be cleared. 

    You do not need to delete forms as well, you can only delete submissions. 

    How to Delete Form Submission Data

    If you want to keep your forms, then you will first need to restore them and then you can delete submissions.

    Also please note: Delete submissions are permanently deleted and can no longer be restored. 

    I would suggest you to first download your files to your computer and then delete them.
