    Hi,

    I have up-graded my account using Paypal and still receiving e-mails that my account quota is overlimit. I already paid but my account status has not been up-graded accordingly.

     

    Please revise my account.

    Hi,

    We apologize for the inconvenieces this issue has caused you. It seems that your accumulated submissions didn't reset. I have reset your accumulated submission and your account should be fine.

    Please also keep checking on your usage notification messages as your account may be receiving huge submissions and therefore may need to be upgraded to Professional to enjoy higher quota allocations.
