Autosuspended Account: Disabled Form

    Our form was disabled, how can we fix this? We ask for bank info as we are a fintech company...

    As explained in the original support thread a couple of days ago, your form was used for collection of details that are against our terms of use:

    After we've reactivated your account 3 days ago, you've simple re-added all the forbidden fields back to your form, which is why your account is now suspended again. Before we can proceed to reactivating your account, please read our terms of use carefully, and let us know whether you agree not to collect such data any more.

    We will be happy to remove all the forbidden fields from your form and reactivate your account when we have your confirmation that you have read the terms and agree to comply with them.
