We're having issues with form submissions being sent to email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org. This happenend a few weeks back and I left a message here and the block was removed to send them through, but now teh block has been placed again. Could you please have it removed so our "Airrosti Success Stories" form and our "Scheduling and Verification Form" submissions will be forwarded to the appropriate email addresses? Is there a number we can call to speak with an actual person about this also? Last time this was resolved we weren't even notified, we just happenend to be checing the form and noticed that it was working again. Can someone please at least email me at email@example.com to let me know when it's back up?

We apologize for the inconveniences this issue has caused you.
These two email addresses (firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com) have been removed from blocked list .
Please change your form notification's sender name and email to "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org", respectively.
please contact your service provider and ask them to add the following ip addresses shown on the link to their whitelist
Lets know if it working fine.
