I have deleted the data from one of my form without taking the back. Is there any option to get the data in excel?

Just to confirm, did you mean you deleted your Form Submissions without making any backups and you're asking how to get them through Excel?

If that's the case, then sadly, that won't be possible. You won't get the submission data exported to Excel since they don't exist anymore. As a gentle reminder, when you deleted the submission, you should have seen a warning before proceeding:

When deleting submissions individually, you will see this warning message (see screenshot above). Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers, including the file uploads on them.
