Hi, I have many form on my site. And each form have 3 mail recipients. The 1st email id get the mail and the other 2 email ids do not get the form detail on submission.
I have checked your form and I can see you have 2 different email notifications only, of those email recipients one is in our bounce list, here're the results:Result: firstname.lastname@example.org is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : smtp; 554 5.7.9 Message not accepted for policy reasons.
I have removed the email from our bounce list and I would also suggest you to check this guide in order to know how to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
