Option to setup autoresponder in GetResponse

     Do you know if there’s any option in their back end to add the subscriber to the autoresponder/follow up with Getresponse

    I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you want to send an auto-responder after a user subscribed to your mail list in Getresponse? If so, unfortunately, there is no setting in the integration. However, you can setup the auto-responder from the GetResponse. Please see the screenshot below:

    I created the autoresponder in GetResponse however its not functioning properly. I asked a agent at GetResponse and he asked me to ask you "Do you know if there’s any option in their back end to add the subscriber to the autoresponder/follow up"

    Unfortunately, there is no option to select the autoresponse from the integration wizard. How did you setup the auto-responder in the Getresponse? I think it should work if you setup the autoresponder by choosing the option Subscribed since the contacts are automatically subscribed to the mail list.
