How can I download all the files that people uploaded in my survey?

Hi.

I made a survey in where people must upload their Curriculum Vitae. Now that I'm trying to download all the files, I have to do it almost manually, because it doesn't store all the file at the first try. There are almost 80 submissions where each one has a video, and a CV so I need that information to be downloaded in my computer before deleting the submissions. Please I need your help. Thanks.

You can download all submissions and its data by going to https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/data

And click Download My Data:

That will allow you to download all submission data.
