Showing terms and conditions when user clicks on the link

I found on the following page a quite interesting feature:

Is it possible to include that as well in my form? And if so, what CSS code would I need?

We do not have that exact functionality, but we do have a similar functionality available through our Short Scrollable Terms widget:
