I would like to receive more than 100 forms daily. Is there a chance I can redirect to dropbox or something like that?

    Hi,

Please note that it is not 100 submission daily, it is a monthly limit. Please check our pricing page for details.

You can also check your account usage/limit by navigating to your Account->Usage page.

Please note that for Free plan, you have allowed to have 100 submissions monthly - this is the number of submissions that your account can receive monthly, when a user fills out your form and click the submit button, and it was successfully submitted, then that is counted as one submission.

If you want to increase your monthly limits, you need to upgrade to a higher subscription plan. Here's a guide on how to upgrade to a paid plan: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account. You can also increase your monthly limits for free by checking this page: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore.

Please note that monthly limits reset every 1st day of the month.

I hope that helps. Feel free to contact us if you have other questions.

Just to clarify, I am not sure if you are referring to the 100 MB upload space or the 100 submission monthly. The upload space limit in Free plan which is 100 MB is fixed. It only applies if you have a form that has a file upload field on it. it does not reset, the only way to increase the upload space limit is to upgrade to a higher subscription plan.

However, you can easily free up your space by deleting submissions with file uploads on them. Please note that deleting submission data is irreversible and will permanently remove it in our servers without any backups. If you have limited upload space, you can integrate your forms to file sharing and storage services like Dropbox, Google Drive and Box.com, you can check the following guides to help you further:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm

    https://www.jotform.com/help/349-How-to-Integrate-your-Form-to-Box

If you integrate your form to those file sharing and storage services, a copy of the new submission made and the file upload on it will automatically be stored on your 3rd party storage accounts, giving you a real-time backup of the data.
