    Submissions: we get an error related to SQL Server each time we try to delete all submissions.

    Hello,

    Each time we try to use the delete all submissions action we get an error that says that there was an interruption with the SQLServer. 

     

    We have also noticed that the forms are running a bit sluggish when we attempt to edit forms or search for submissions.

    Our apologies for the issues. But what form is this? You only have 2 submissions in your last form ID so I think you've figured that out already. We don't have any know issue today, but I think that error when you delete might be related to the number of submissions in the form. 

    A bit similar when you edit and search for submissions, this is normal if you have a number of submissions in the form. But if that hangs up your browser then that is not normal. If this happens, please check your browser console logs for related errors:

    Hello,

    This is happening on a couple of forms:

    https://form.jotform.com/50824233600949

     

    These two forms have a lot of submissions so this might be why.  Is there any way to get this corrected so we can clean up these submissions?

     

    My colleagues have reported that they receive the same error when they select a number of the submissions (not all) and put in the password to delete the selected items, but it will only delete one after it presents that same error.  This is happening with the following forms:

    Per my colleagues, it is happening with a few others as well but the above listed three are the biggest ones that we are having trouble with at this moment.
