Let me start off by saying, Thanks alot for having such a great free service.
Ok, I am having trouble with the conditional logic. I designed a form http://form.jotform.us/form/21331975038150, and was going to do some show/hide field logic to make it a bit easier for my customers. I've redone them about a hundred times now, and even went through the forums to see if I was doing something wrong, and as far as I can see I am not. So first, I went in and did a "HIDE" rule for when "Subject" was empty, so basically it hid everything underneath "Subject". Then I went on to make the rules for the next choice, "Schedule a Drop-Off", so I did a "HIDE" rule for all fields underneath "Subject" except "Time for Drop-Off" and "Reason for Drop-Off". All the while clearly keeping the captcha field shown.
For some reason when I build the first set of "HIDE" rules, everything is perfect, then when I go on to build the second set of rules, the first set just doesn't work anymore. So in other words, when I set it up so when my customer picks "Schedule a Drop-Off", it should hide every field underneath "Subject" except "Time for Drop-Off" and "Reason for Drop-Off" and the captcha, it does this correctly, but my original rule of hiding every field underneath "Subject" when "Subject" field is Empty no longer works at all.
Hopefully you all can shed some light on this issue, as it is racking my brain .... lol
Thanks for the help!

Can you please try using SHOW for them instead?
The Condition logic already defaults to Hide when used.
Meaning, a field with condition will Hide already when the form is opened, but this field will Show when the condition associated to it is called.
You may also want to clone this form and continue from it as I did the sample here http://www.jotform.me/form/21356732969464
Use this guide -How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-a-URL to clone the form.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you require further assistance

Hi, like my colleague Jonathan, I have come up with a workaround.
For example, it will HIDE Time for Drop-Offf and Reason for Drop-Off , when SUBJECT is equal to ANYTHING else on the Subject MENU except Schedule a drop off
I have made a clone of your form, feel free to clone it here (follow the instructions provided by my colleague)
All I knew for sure was the conditions for the example above, but I was not sure which fields to hid for the rest. However, you can continue on regarding to set up properly "schedule pick up" and the rest of the subjects menu
Should you need further assistance, let me know

I cloned your form Jeanette, and just added more of what I needed. It works perfectly now.
