I've created this form, loaded in the church's Dwolla account Keys/info, but running the form does not prompot for Dwolla user/password info, so goes nowhere.  I do receive the e-mail at the church site & payee e-mail, also.

    Would appreciate insight.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Dwolla is discontinuing its product as of October 2018. But if you’re looking for an alternative to collect ACH payments through your forms, you can check out other great alternatives here.

I have checked your form 63313283608151, and this form does not have any payment field on it - neither Dwolla, nor any other payment field.

Please make sure to add the Dwola payment field onto your form, and then configure it according to this guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/360-Setting-Up-Dwolla-Integration-With-JotForm

You can add a payment field to your form by simply expanding the Payment Fields section in the sidebar of our Form Builder, and then dragging your preferred payment processor to the form:

As your form currently does not have any payment fields, the form is submitted instantly, and that is why the email notifications and autoresponders are fired up instantly. Upon successful integration of a payment field, your submission emails will be sent after the payment is successful.

Please try following the above linked guide, and let us know should you need further assistance.
