Not receiving emails

    My tech person got into our coding and says that we got a splash from Jotform that says FORM OVER QUOTA. Can you clear that for us? We don't need to save any submissions.

    I have checked your email address and it is in our bounce list, here's the reason: 

    Result: e******c@aol.com is IN the bounce list

    Reason(s) : smtp; 521 5.2.1 : (DMARC:AOL) This message failed DMARC

    I have already removed it and you should receive emails now, I will also suggest you to check this guide in order to avoid bouncing: How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues
